Beef, Bulk - DEPOSIT
When buying in bulk, your price includes the animal, full processing, your choice of cuts, cooling, cutting, deboning, cubing, grinding, double wrapping in butcher paper, and freezing. Please note that because of the nature of our business, animals are not always ready to be butchered. If you need this product by a certain date, it is recommended you inquire about the current timeline before purchasing.
The options and customization are up to you. You determine the package counts, steak thickness, and types of cuts. If that sounds overwhelming, don't worry... we will walk you through the selection process to make it simple. You'll feel confident about having a fully stocked freezer of quality, flavorful and delicious products.
On average, we finish a whole beef out to 800-950 pounds of dressed weight (this is the carcass weight). For bulk purchases, you pay for the actual dressed weight of the meat you receive. This means you are paying per lb. of what the animal weighs on the rail (also referred to as carcass weight, dressed weight, and hanging weight). Your deposit paid online will be put towards the total price and the balance can be paid at pick up.
If you select a whole beef, your actual price will be charged at $5.75/lb of dressed weight (averages 800-950 pounds).
If you select a half beef, your actual price will be charged at $6.50/lb of dressed weight (half of the whole beef weight, which averages 400-525 pounds).

Total Pounds of Beef for Whole Beef: Average of 375-425 pounds
Total Pounds of Beef for Half Beef: Average of 200-250 lbs.

Please note, the price listed is the non-refundable deposit only. The total price will be based on actual dressing weight and will be calculated at the time of processing. The balance will be due at pick-up.
