BBQ Hog - DEPOSIT
When buying a BBQ Hog, your price includes the animal, full processing, splitting the carcass, and cooling or freezing. Please note that because of the nature of our business, animals are not always ready to be butchered. If you need this product by a certain date, it is recommended you inquire about the current timeline before purchasing.
Our hogs are either raised on our farm or sourced from local producers who share our beliefs in raising healthy, happy, and well-fed livestock.
BBQ Hogs are smaller hogs that are ideal for whole hog roasting or pig-picking events. You will pay for the actual dressed weight (also referred to as the carcass or hanging weight). Your non-refundable deposit paid online will be put towards the total price and the balance can be paid at pick up. The total price will be charged at $3.75/lb of dressed weight.
Average Total Pounds of Dressed Weight:
Small: 75-100 lbs
Medium: 100-125 lbs
Large: 125-150 lbs
